Come velvet, leave well wet! This was the first WELL WET in the mysterious premises of the Gabriel Loci monastery. Because what does not give us day has night…WELL WET is a new event created by music lovers, art heads and djs to share 80's sound and contemporary production. We have given you parties from house, techno, electro, italo, cosmic disco and everything in between.
It was great pleasure to present you the first WELL WET party with a performance by one of our most popular music producers - Bård Aasen Lødemel aka Skatebård from Norway. Skatebård's predominantly house and techno production was taken over and released by labels such as Sex Tags Mania, Bordello A Paris, Full Pupp, Untz Untz, Live At Robert Johnson and of course his own label Digitalo Enterprises. Connoisseurs know that his catalogue oscillates between emotional techno, neo-italo, electro from an alternative future and a Scando-cosmic reinterpretation of pure Detroitian house.
Before the party, we invitated Bård for a dinner and we shared the experiences about music scene mainly in Prague and Norway, his top gigs around the world, his culture, city etd. Bård totally enjoyed czech meal - roasted pork pieces with white cabbage with variation of dumplings, tap beers and pear brandy. I could say in our words in the morning after the party, he looked like that he didnt want to leave back to the hotel, but he needed because of his return flight to Oslo. I remember this picture in my mind and it says in all, I am sure he had fun! Great atmo night! Thanks a lot!
